What is The Coach Programme (TCP)?
The Coach Programme (TCP) is a personalized mentoring program based on the philosophy:
“More than coaching, you need a coach”
TCP is not a one size fits all approach. It works in complete collaboration with the aspirants in understanding:
(a) Their current preparation levels, their fears and pet peeves;
(b) Their strengths & their areas of improvement.
It’s a comprehensive program with a strategic & outcome oriented approach to help students, both freshers & experienced, striving to ace UPSC in one attempt. Duration of the Programme -Till Interview 2026
Please Note - The duration will vary for every student, depending upon the preliminary preparation levels of the student.
For e.g. a fresher student would require a good 8 months to finish everything properly, while someone who is in his/her 2nd or 3rd attempt would be able to cover things much sooner.

Online/Offline mode through Audio/Video Calls and/or Offline Centre Visit @ Delhi ORN Centre. TCP is a limited seat programme with only 25 student per batch in order to ensure dedicated attention and support.

1. Candidates can register for the programme using the link given here - https://forms.gle/JQ4epKf4cgCcNQ1CA .
2. An introduction call will be arranged for the candidates upon successful registration by them.
3. Once a candidate decides to join the course, after the initial discussion/introduction; fee in full will have to paid within a stipulated time.
4. After joining, a detailed orientation & mentor discussion will take place, defining a broad outline of the study plan over the next one year.
