In the past 10 years of civil services exam experience, both as aspirants and then as teachers and guides, we at Smartwork Labs have a strong realisation that there is massive information overload that is faced by the candidates today in form of -
1. Too many strategy videos given by various toppers
2. Too many coaching and test series plans claiming to be the best/panacea
3. Too many study plans - 60 days, 100 days etc
4. Too many so called reference books from which ‘UPSC is asking questions’ now.
And yet, despite all this or shall we say because of all this, they often fail to make that one plan for themselves which would work for them and help them clear the exam in 1 year.
In this plethora of information, students fail to realise that all the plans and books that are available are not supposed to be followed, because they worked for someone in a given year and at a particular level of preparation level.
In all this hustle bustle and confusion, the aspirants get so overwhelmed that all that is achieved is a wasted attempt, a year lost and worse, a sense of dejection. This also create a fear in the mind of the aspirants about how UPSC exam is now completely unpredictable and a mere matter of luck. However, the truth is far from it. It’s the lack of strategic and comprehensive preparation that brings us all to this point in our preparation.
For a comprehensive and focused preparation, the most important thing is to understand that you need a plan that works for you, one that takes into account your strengths as well as weaknesses. Period.

Enters TCP
The Coach Programme is not a one size fits all approach. It would, in complete collaboration with the aspirants, understanding their strength/weaknesses, their current preparation levels, the fears and pet peeves, design a plan for them that would work. In TCP, a coach/mentor will be assigned to you who will handhold you throughout your prelims preparation. The programme endeavors to achieve this by providing regular study targets and corresponding practice assignments every 10 to 14 days. The programme will also ensure accountability through a very rigorous follow up mechanism and tests after every target.
This will ensure that the aspirant is focused and on the right track throughout the preparation and is not wasting time in chasing too many plans which may not work for him/her.
Why TCP over a simple Test Series?
Any test series would follow a fixed schedule and plan which may or may not work for you. Also, through test series, no mentor support. A Test series is a perfect plan for someone who has completed the syllabus comprehensively and thoroughly atleast once. TCP is designed to cater to students who are in the initial phase of their preparation or are still in a dilemma and have not managed to cover the syllabus even after having spent 1-2 years in the preparation.
This programme will help each and every aspirant cover things very comprehensively through standard reference books along with current affairs from the newspaper preferably. The programme will also provide for solving 5000+ MCQs through tests and assignments from now till Prelims 2023.
Mode of the Programme -
Online/Offline mode through Audio/Video Calls and/or Offline Centre Visit @ Delhi ORN Centre. The Programme is a limited seat programme with only 25 student per batch in order to ensure dedicated attention and support.

How to join TCP -
1. Candidates are required to register for the programme using the link given here ( https://forms.gle/JQ4epKf4cgCcNQ1CA ). The candidate can also register for the course by visiting www.smartworklabs.in and filling the registration form.
2. An introduction call will be arranged upon successful registration by the candidate.
3. Once the candidate decides to join the course after the initial discussion/introduction. Fee in full will have to paid within a stipulated time.
4. After joining a detailed orientation and mentor discussion will take place defining a broad outline for the study plan over the next one year.
